If you're not getting the pop-up at all and you have no other NRaas mods, then you put MC in the wrong place. (Not packages, when you open the Mods folder you should see packages, and under it resource.cfg) If you have any NRaas script mods installed, you are supposed to get a pop-up at the main menu that tells you which NRaas mods are loaded. Once those folders are created you will need Resource.cfg in the Mods folder. This is where you want your master controller (NRAAS) to go. First, go into your documents>electronic arts> create a new folder and name it Mods>open the Mods folder and create a folder inside of it named Packages.

If you're still having trouble, you may not have installed the mod right. If by memories you meant relationships then yeah you do lose those which is a shame, so I guess you need the other mod for that. Edit: by 'you dont lose memories' I meant the memories saved in the scrapbook. Be sure you have resource.cfg in your Mods folder, and make sure you're installing NRAAS into your Packages folder. I'm not sure why, but I had trouble using mods with windows 10 one drive, so I had to disable it. First make sure that your files are put in correctly.
